I'm Daphne, and I wanted to take a few minutes to tell you about myself.
​
I've worked as a high school vice principal and an elementary school principal.
I'm a superintendent, and I enjoy supporting principals on their quest to lead schools with greater clarity, consciousness, and compassion.
I hold a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and a Supervisory Officer's qualification. In addition, I am a certified conscious coach practitioner (Dr. Shefali Tsabary, world-renowned clinical psychologist) and a Certified Master Coach Practitioner (Certified Coaches Federation).
I also hold several professional certifications, including a Certificate in Advanced Education Leadership (CAEL), School Management and Leadership (CSML) from Harvard University, a certification in Creativity and Design Thinking and a certification in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from Stanford University.

I am the author of two books: Step Up, Step Out: A Girl's Guide to Empowerment, Self-Leadership, and Success (2017), and most recently, The First-Year Principal: 52 Practical Lessons to Help New and Aspiring Principals Thrive as Conscious Leaders (2021).

I was born and raised in Northern Ontario, Canada.
This platform enables me to pursue my coaching passion by helping first-year and aspiring principals lead with consciousness, creativity, and connection.
During my free time, you can find me training (I love Peloton), cooking, listening to audiobooks or following an online course. In addition, I love spending quality time with my husband, David and daughter Phoebe.
